She walked into a neighbor’s wooden shack in the swampy, crowded slum area. Friendly gestures. Small talk.
Then, an offer to the mother of the house…
“I’m off to get some tea. Can I buy you a cup?”
“Sure, thank you.”
“Good! Your son can come along and I’ll send the tea back with him.”
And with that simple exchange of words, the precious seven-year-old boy vanished.
One hour passed… two hours… and he still had not returned. The mother frantically began searching everywhere and asking for clues as to his disappearance. When no help was found, panic set in.
